After spending several years as a sports/lifestyle model and art director consultant, Ngum Suh, developed an eye for talent, marketing and product placement. In 2010, Suh founded her niche in brand management and activation services.
Landing her first client, NFL defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh, Ngum orchestrated three national endorsement deals, launched a charity foundation, and secured several ad placements before the completion of his first NFL season. Her work continued with orchestrating specialty summer football and life skills camps, followed by back to school extravaganzas attended by the near thousands.
In 2014, after building both a following and a robust client base, she was recruited to Jay Z’s Roc Nation where she launched and developed the agency’s brand activation department. During her tenure, Suh restructured the athletes and artist contract system while she ran activations for major events like Jay Z and Beyonce’s On the Run Tour and the annual Made in America Festival.
Since moving on to build her own dream, her firm now markets some of the largest and most unique deals to date. Whether she’s helping clients establish themselves as community leaders, building company brands or executing her influencer program; Ngum Suh is turning visions into victories.
